At Sasha Luxe, we recognize that dermatology and cosmetic procedures involve a number of variables, and results can vary based on factors such as skin type, individual response, and pre- and post-treatment care. As these procedures do not guarantee a 100% result, additional or touch-up sessions may be necessary, depending on individual circumstances.

By proceeding with payment for your procedure, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any payments made. Furthermore, payments for these services are non-transferable and non-assignable.

Management Rights

Notwithstanding the above, the management reserves the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration all relevant facts, circumstances, and customer-provided documentation. The management retains the discretion to approve, deny, or offer a partial or full refund based on its review of the situation.

Deductions:

You acknowledge, agree, and confirm that if any payments are made through third-party loans or EMIs, any refunds issued at the management’s discretion will be subject to deductions as per the terms and conditions agreed upon between you and the third-party provider.

Additionally, any refund will be subject to applicable deductions, including but not limited to payment gateway charges, delivery fees, or any other relevant service charges.

Sasha Luxe Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy

How to Return a Purchased Item?
At Sasha Luxe, we strive to make returns easy for our customers. You can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your product. To do so, follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email at hello@sashaclinics.com or by calling 9234569999. You can also submit your request through your Sasha Luxe account.

Step 2: Share your order ID along with your return or replacement request. Please attach images of the product, clearly showing any damage, along with the invoice for our reference.

Step 3: Once your request is processed, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from the original delivery address. Please note that the pickup location cannot be changed.

Important Note:

  • For products damaged during transit, replacement is subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
  • We may reach out for further clarification or verification of the product’s damage or defect before proceeding with a refund or replacement.

Sasha Luxe Return Policy: Accepted Circumstances

We will accept returns under the following conditions:

  • If the product received is damaged or leaking at the time of delivery.
  • If you receive the wrong product that does not match your order.
  • If items are missing from your shipment.
  • If the product delivered is expired.
  • If the product has a manufacturing defect.

Important Guidelines for Returns

  • If a free or complimentary gift was included as part of the order, it must be returned along with the original product.
  • Refunds or replacements will only be initiated once we receive the product in its original packaging, with seals, labels, and barcodes intact. The product must be in original condition with the manufacturer’s box and MRP tag.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of refund approval.

Circumstances Where Returns Will Not Be Accepted

  • If returned without the original packaging, including price tags, labels, or original packing.
  • If the return pertains to free promotional or complimentary products.
  • If the product’s serial number has been tampered with.
  • If the product has been used or altered.
  • If the return request is made more than 7 days after delivery for damaged products.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons such as disliking the product color, an error in ordering, or unwillingness to use the product.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Can I return an individual product from a bundle or set?

No, items purchased as part of a bundle or set (e.g., Acne Away Kit – Facewash, Toner, Serum) must be returned in full to qualify for a refund. We do not offer partial refunds for bundles. Additionally, once the product pack is opened or used, it is no longer eligible for return.

How will I be refunded for returned orders, and how long does it take?

For returns, replacements, or refunds, the process begins once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. If the payment was made via credit/debit card or net banking, the refund will be processed back to the same account within 24-48 business hours of receiving the returned items. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Note: Any processing fees, taxes, or other charges levied by banking partners, credit card companies, or mobile wallets will be borne by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of any product is valid before shipment of the product. If the order that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, please drop us an hello@sashaclinics.com or call us at the customer support number (+91) 9234569999

  • After successful cancellation refund process will be followed
  • Failure to deliver: In case there is no one to receive the order at the delivery address and you are not reachable, the order will be taken back, and the refund will be credited to your account after 3 attempts after adjusting the delivery charges.
  • Note discount voucher: Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
